Dr. Yoli Curry Howard’s Biographical Information:

I was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and had the privilege of living around the world with my younger brother as both of my parents served in the United States Army. I am married and blessed with a wonderful family that includes one son, one bonus son, two bonus daughters, one foreign exchange son, and two dogs. Together, we enjoy traveling and embracing new experiences. One of my personal goals is to visit all 50 states and U.S. territories. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. These diverse life experiences have shaped my leadership in education, where I am committed to empowering every student to achieve academic success, develop a global perspective, and thrive socially and emotionally.

Mrs. Samantha Carlisle’s Biographical Information:

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of Livingston Elementary School. Education has always been my passion, and I am committed to fostering a supportive and thriving learning environment for all students. Born in Valdosta, Georgia, and raised in Newport News, Virginia, I come from a proud military family. As the youngest of three girls, I learned the importance of a supportive environment. After taking time off to care for family medical needs, I am excited to return to education. I have been happily married for over 25 years and am the proud mother of two adult children.
